The public is invited to a ceremony on Thursday, Feb. 7 to rededicate the Hope Monument at Â鶹´«Ã½»Ó³. The Foundation of WCC will unveil the redesigned tribute garden surrounding the monument in which all of the engraved bricks have been replaced.
